Corrugated Sheet
Corrugated sheet has enhanced load bearing capability and improved water dispersion characteristics. It is most suitable for roofing purposes.
Flat Sheet
Flat sheet are more versatile for various shaping processes.

Coils are most suitable for wholesalers, distributors, or clients who have diverse shaping and cutting requirements for this material.
The makeup of galvanized steel
Galvanized steel is composed of 2 main layers: (i) the base material being mild steel and (ii) the protective zinc layer. Mild steel is suitable for commercial application involving cutting and shaping processes. The zinc layer is coated via hot-dipping. This zinc layer acts as a sacrificial material for the steel layer. Chromate is the standard final coating layer for surface passivation.

Types of Spangle
As the molten zinc cools, its atoms rearrange into an ordered arragement and develops into a six-folded star pattern. The presence of lead is a contributing factor in the formation of large size spangle.
If molten zinc is timed to completely cool during the growth of its dendrite arms, then the size of the spangle will be reduced.
Small spangle can be achived by quickly cooling the steel strip as it just exits the zinc bath. Furthermore, other elements presence in the zinc bath can also inhibit the formation of spangle, such as aluminium.
Spangle-free surface is commonly used in high-value application with strict surface quality requirement. High purity zinc bath is needed among other conditions to achieve this type of surface.
